Report of various ball diff.s released for mini-z, tripmate, dtm etc, especially for those who mod or fabricate their mini-z or small rc.
左がレーサー用で、デフのオフセットが大きめ。真ん中の三つはオフセット小さめ。赤いのはオーバーランドデフにF1チタニウムシャフトの組み合わせで、6セルMR-02の自作ミッドシップモーターマウントに利用しています。シャフト長とオフセットの少なさで、MR-02のトレッド幅のままより大きなモーターを利用できるようになります。青いの二つはともにトリップメイトモーターポッドに使用しています。一番右はトリップメイト用に出ているもの。トリップメイトのホイル用にデザインされているので、ミニッツ用のホイルを使いたい場合には使用できません。
The left one is for Racer. The Racer ball diff has the widest diff offset*.The middle three have narrower offsets, and aren't used for the stock mini-z motor pod. Two blue ones are suitable to the Tripmate motor pod for its shaft length. I use the red longest one for my original motor pod designed for the coreless motor.
*diff offset means the offset between the ball bearing on the motor pod side(horiz. line in the picture above) and the pully gear.

CとDを較べてみると……。どちらもシャフトはオーバーランドなのでトリップメイトのモーターポッドに利用できます。Cはオーバーランドのデフとプーリーを使っていますが、DはF1のデフにレーサーのオプションで出ている41Tのプーリを組み合わせてあります。GPMのデフ相互の間ではある程度の互換性があるようですね。
Compare c and d. They both uses the Overland shaft and are applied to the Tripmate motor pod, but the one has Overland diff and pully, the other F1 diif and Racer pulley. The F1 pulley is too big(45T) to be used for Racer tyres, so I replaced it with Racer pully(Option 41T).

どちらが新しいのでしょう？
I don't know which one is new, but they differs.
レーサーのオプションで出ている41Tプーリーと、F1のチタニウムシャフトです。
Racer's option 41T delrin pulley and F1's titanium shaft.
The offsets are different, but the offset of the other side are also different, and the total widths of the diff housing are almost same.
ABC DTM-sp用のデフと川田製トリップメイト用のデフです。どちらもデフの固定にホイルハブを使用し、調整にはホイル側のネジを使用します。
Ball diff. for ABC DTM-sp, Kawada Tripmate, and GPM's Tripmate (L2R). The ABC and Kawada's use the wheel hub to fix the diff, and adjustable with the screw on the wheel side(All GPM ball diff.s are adjustable with the nut on the shaft side of the diff). They both have very narrow offsets.
